Patricia Walsh

Patricia is a third year student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Prior to law school Patricia earned her bachelor’s and master's degrees in accountancy at the University of Notre Dame. After earning her CPA license, she worked as a Tax Consultant at Deloitte, splitting her time between the New York and Chicago offices. While at Penn Law, Patricia has served as the President of the Penn Law Women’s Association and interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Complex Financial Instruments Unit of the Division of Enforcement. After law school, Patricia will be an associate in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP in New York.
