Ryan Baker is a Partner of KPS Capital Partners, LP, the manager of KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $5.4 billion of assets under management focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.  Ryan joined KPS in 2007 as an Associate.  Prior to joining KPS, Ryan was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in their Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Ryan graduated from the University of Toronto’s Joseph L. Rotman School of Management with an M.B.A and the Faculty of Law with a J.D. Ryan graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.S. in computer science and statistical sciences.
