Harold Kim is a Managing Director in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group at PJT Partners, based in New York. Since joining PJT Partners’ predecessor firm Blackstone, Mr. Kim has advised companies, creditors and sponsors in a variety of restructurings and special situations assignments across a broad range of industries. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Kim was an Associate at Crestview Partners and an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in its Investment Banking Division. Mr. Kim received a BComm from Queen’s University in Canada, where he graduated with the highest academic standing in his class, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
