Eric is the Co-Head of Financing Advisory & Restructuring for North America at Greenhill. Eric has over 23 years of experience in a wide range of corporate finance activities including out-of-court and in-court restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Eric has represented companies or stakeholders in over 50 restructuring transactions encompassing over $150 billion of obligations, including over 10 assignments in the automotive industry. Previously, Eric served as a Managing Director and a founding member of Lazard’s Restructuring Group. Prior to joining Lazard in 1999, Eric was with the Restructuring Group at BT Alex Brown that ultimately moved to Lazard and was a desk / sell-side corporate bond analyst at CS First Boston. Eric holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Middlebury College.
