Brian Glueckstein is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group. His practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation and complex commercial litigation, as well as corporate restructuring matters. Brian has extensive experience handling adversary proceedings and contested matters, and representing debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, acquirers of assets, and other significant stakeholders in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, restructurings, and litigation. Brian has experience representing clients with respect to complex distressed supply chain matters and supply chain disputes in the automotive industry.

Brian has been recognized by The Legal 500 United States, Law360, IFLR1000, Benchmark Litigation, and Turnarounds & Workouts. Law360 honored S&C with Bankruptcy Group of the Year in 2018, where Brian’s work for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in the Takata Corporation global restructuring was profiled. Brian received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.S. from Cornell University.
